**Returns & Refunds Policy**

Thank you for shopping at Crina & Anais Home & Beauty.

We work with trusted international suppliers. **All orders are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse straight to your door — no stock is kept or sent to our personal home address.**

✅ **Return Conditions**
You may request a return within **30 days from delivery**.
Items must be **unused, unopened, with the original safety seal intact and in perfect original packaging**.

⚠️ **Hygiene Rule for Beauty Products**
**For health and safety: All makeup, cosmetics, perfumes and skincare can only be returned if the seal is NOT broken.** Opened, tested or unsealed items cannot be accepted due to hygiene regulations.

📍 **Where to send returns**
**Do NOT send returns to our home address.**
If approved, we will give you the **supplier’s return address** — you send it straight back to them.

🚚 **Shipping Costs**
- **Delivery:** Sent directly to you from the supplier.
- **Return:** Customer pays return postage **unless the item is damaged, faulty or wrong** — then we pay all costs.

❌ **Cancellations**
You can cancel for free **only before the order is marked as shipped**. Once sent, it cannot be cancelled.
