**Returns & Refunds Policy**

Please note: We work with trusted international suppliers to bring you the best quality products. All items are shipped directly from our suppliers.

✅ **Return Conditions**
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within **14 days** of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

❌ **Important Note**
We do not accept returns sent to our personal address. All returns must be sent directly to our supplier’s warehouse — we will send you the exact address by email once your return is approved.

🚚 **Return Shipping**
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

✅ **Refund Process**
Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within **3–5 working days**.

❌ **Non‑returnable Items**
Custom‑made or personalized items cannot be returned.
